Yes, Cinco de Mayo was 10 days ago. But this recipe I have to share is worth being tardy for. So turns out way up here, thousands of miles from Mexico, they don’t even have Mexican restaurants. Though borderline heartbreaking, I decided to bring the festivity to our home by making homemade Jalapeño Poppers. I used this recipe, and when I say they were delicious, oh man, I mean delicious. Is it weird that I was craving these again yesterday morning at 9:00 AM. They are that kind of good. Enjoy!
